When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-5 business days for processing. You will receive an email with a shipping notice once the item has been shipped with a tracking number. For extreme-priority shipping, please contact customer service. We accommodate every request. Call 8433652894 extension 1.


When will my order arrive?
In-stock orders are typically delivered within 2-6 business days from the expected ship date via FEDEX, UPS & USPS, unless the OVERNIGHT shipping option is selected. OVERNIGHT orders become priority and are shipped the next business day at the latest. 

Can I get my items more quickly?
Absolutely! Please select OVERNIGHT!

Your order must be received and processed by 11 am EST for OVERNIGHT delivery. For extreme priority shipping, please contact customer service. We try to accommodate every request. Call 8433652894 extension 1.

Check your order status to receive your tracking number. 

You can track your package on FEDEX.com or UPS.com 

Free 2 Day express shipping is not available outside of the continental US.

RETURNS

We value your satisfaction with every Tara Grinna purchase.

However, due to the nature of our products, we can only allow you to return or exchange merchandise within 28 days of the shipment date.  All returned products must be in unworn condition with tags still attached.

We always stand behind our craftsmanship, so if you need to return defective merchandise, you will not incur additional shipping and handling charges. We will refund or replace any swimwear that falls short of our high standards.

If you are not thrilled with your swimwear purchase, due to size, color, style, or fit, we will happily exchange the merchandise. Tara Grinna truly cares about why you are unhappy with your purchase, so please take a minute to let us know the reason for your return. (should have a web form to make it easy for both parties)

We reserve the right to refuse refunds and exchanges for swimwear that has been soiled, mishandled, abused, or laundered. Items returned in this manner will be refused, and the purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Credits are generally issued within 14 days. 

All returned items are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

No Price adjustments, and all sales on discounted merchandise are final and non-refundable.

No returns on made-to-order products.

All returns must be within the allowed return time frame.

We will not accept any items returned without proper form or knowledge of items. You must contact customer service for a return authorization form. The returnee will be responsible for all shipping charges. If the item is ineligible for credit or return, the returnee will be contacted for payment of shipping charges. After 30 days, the item/s will be considered abandoned, and the item/s will be donated to a local charity.

Retail store return policy:

Swimwear, special orders, and jewelry are non-returnable and FINAL SALE.  All other unworn merchandise with tags attached is returnable for store credit only within 14 days. No exceptions.  We have the right to refuse any returns.  Any issues, please get in touch with info@taragrinna.com.

Online orders cannot be returned in our retail stores, you must contact customer service to exchange or return.

HOLIDAY GIFTING RETURN POLICY :

Gift purchases made from November 24, 2025, until December 24, 2025, will receive an extended exchange window. All gifts must be exchanged on or before January 12, 2026, and must follow all Tara Grinna return/exchange policies. Online purchases cannot be returned in-store. Gift cards and sale merchandise are final sale.
